Every person has 12 molars in their mouth, 6 in the upper jaw and 6 in the lower jaw. In some cases, there are people that are missing their third molars (wisdom teeth) thanks to the evolution. The molars are the biggest teeth in the mouth and their main role is to grind the food into smaller pieces.
