Please follow the instructions below in case you expect our driver to pick you up:

Terminal 1

(International flights except): Philippine Airlines, Cathay Pacific,PAL Express, Cebu Pacific, AirAsia Zest, Tigerair Philippines, All Nippon Airways, Delta Air Lines, KLM, Singapore Airlines and Emirates. After passing the immigration, getting your luggage’s from the carousels, you will enter the main arrival lobby.

Then you have to leave the terminal building, please note that you have to cross the street there and go down the ramp to the left site. Please wait at area “DEF”, on the opposite of this area our driver will stand there, displaying your name.

(All Philippine Airlines flights exclusively, and it is divided into two wings: North wing serves International Flights, South wing serves Domestic Flights.)

Terminal 3

(Delta Airlines, Klm, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Cebu Pacific) After leaving the luggage claim area you will pass to the right or left, depending whether you travelled within the Philippines or internationally. Meanwhile, passing the glass panel you can detect our driver standing in the center of it.

All domestic flights other than Philippine Airlines. A new terminal is currently in design stage for the budget airlines. When you leave the terminal 4 building, right near the exit, our driver is waiting on the right side.
