En int\u00e9grant le disilicate de lithium et au lithium de l&#039;orthophosphate et l&#039;augmentation de la phase cristalline, la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la flexion a \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9 \u00e0 env. 360 MPA. Les deux seules mati\u00e8res dans cette cat\u00e9gorie de produit dans le cad\/cam secteur sont Emax cao \u00e0 partir d&#039;ivoclar vivadent et de Vita Suprinity, qui est \u00e9galement renforc\u00e9 avec env. 10% de zircone. Il existe diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s de translucidit\u00e9 de ces c\u00e9ramiques, avec le tr\u00e8s translucide versions \u00e9tant particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 pour une partie de couronnes, les facettes et les inlays, tandis que la partie inf\u00e9rieure de la translucidit\u00e9 de la c\u00e9ramique sont principalement utilis\u00e9s pour des couronnes compl\u00e8tes.
