Les m\u00e9thodes conventionnelles telles que la transplantation d'os vital du menton ou de la r\u00e9gion r\u00e9tromolaire sont remplac\u00e9es par une technique qui n'utilise que des membranes et rend ainsi superflu tout pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement osseux du corps.
