Il est couramment utilis\u00e9 pour obtenir des empreintes lors de la pr\u00e9paration de couronnes, de bridges, d'onlays et d'incrustations. Le premier est appel\u00e9 la p\u00e2te de base et il contient polydim\u00e9thylsiloxane, les charges et les pigments de couleur. Le second est appel\u00e9 acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la p\u00e2te et l&#039;on comprend silicate d&#039;alkyle, stanneux octate, et des charges. Les deux p\u00e2tes sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9es et c&#039;est alors que le processus chimique commence. Les dentistes utilis\u00e9 ce type de silicone pour de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. Un autre grand avantage est que ces mat\u00e9riaux sont tr\u00e8s bien accept\u00e9es par les patients. Agr\u00e9able odeur et le go\u00fbt est pourquoi les brevets trouver la condensation silicones acceptable. Le temps de manipulation est bonne, ce qui rend la t\u00e2che plus facile pour le dentiste. Ils ont un faible niveau de distorsion lorsque le porte-empreinte est sorti de la bouche.
