Le c\u00e9ment peut \u00eatre cellulaire et acellulaire.<\/strong><\/p><p>C&#039;est une substance qui recouvre la surface des racines dentaires. C&#039;est une partie de la gencive de l&#039;union et il fournit une connexion entre chaque dent et autour de l&#039;os alv\u00e9olaire. Il est l&#039;un des principaux dent substances c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9mail, de la dentine et de la pulpe dentaire. Il est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s significatif. Il est encore plus doux l&#039;un par rapport \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9mail et \u00e0 la dentine. Il est compos\u00e9 de min\u00e9raux et d&#039;une partie organique. Il couvre la racine de la dent et aussi la dentine de la racine. Le c\u00e9ment est de 45% \u00e0 50% pour les substances inorganiques et de 50% \u00e0 55% en organique. La principale substance inorganique est l&#039;hydroxyapatite, qui est \u00e9galement une partie de la dentine et de l&#039;\u00e9mail. Quand il s&#039;agit de la jonction entre le c\u00e9ment et de l&#039;\u00e9mail, il y a trois types de relation. La premi\u00e8re est qu&#039;il existe un \u00e9cart entre les deux substances. Qui se passe dans 5% \u00e0 10% des dents. Dans la plupart des cas, le c\u00e9ment recouvre l&#039;\u00e9mail. Comme son nom l&#039;indique, le premier type comporte des cellules, dans sa structure, tandis que la seconde ne l&#039;est pas. Les deux types de cellules qui font partie de la c\u00e9ment sont appel\u00e9s cementoblasts et cementocytes. Les premiers cr\u00e9er de nouveaux c\u00e9ment. Ils produisent cette substance dans les couches et cr\u00e9er un look particulier. Apr\u00e8s qu&#039;ils aient termin\u00e9 leur fonction principale, cementoblasts transformer en cementocytes. Ils sont situ\u00e9s dans les petits espaces, appel\u00e9s lacune. Ils sont en lien avec le tissu environnant avec des petits canaux. Le c\u00e9ment ne contiennent pas de nerfs, mais c&#039;est un tissu vascularis\u00e9. Il est fait par le ligament parodontal qui est en fait un complexe de l&#039;union. Elle comprend de nombreuses fibres flexibles qui relient les diff\u00e9rentes parties de la racine. Les terminaisons de ces fibres qui sont une partie du c\u00e9ment sont appel\u00e9es fibres de Sharpey. Ils attachent la dent \u00e0 l&#039;os alv\u00e9olaire et permettent aussi de ses mouvements. Les dents ne restez pas encore dans le support. Ils ont un minimum de mouvements qui sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par le ligament parodontal. Les racines se d\u00e9placer, tourner sont d&#039;une intrusion et d&#039;extrusion. Ce sont des mouvements extr\u00eamement petits, mais ils existent encore.<\/p><p>Une autre chose importante \u00e0 savoir est que cementoblasts cr\u00e9er c\u00e9ment tout au long de la vie. Donc, avec l&#039;\u00e2ge, les dents de perdre une partie de la substance, en particulier l&#039;\u00e9mail sur la surface. \u00c0 cause de cela, une dent peut devenir plus court.
