Nettoyage m\u00e9canique et irrigation<\/strong><\/p><div>Nous utilisons du mat\u00e9riel haut de gamme <strong>Limes rotatives et c\u00f4nes ProTaper. Ces instruments permettent d'\u00e9liminer les mati\u00e8res infect\u00e9es autour du canal radiculaire. Afin de maintenir un environnement st\u00e9rile, nous suivons un protocole d'irrigation rigoureux \u00e0 l'hypochlorite de sodium. Cette solution d\u00e9sinfecte la dent contamin\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li><strong>EDTA<\/strong> Elle \u00e9limine la couche de d\u00e9bris. Cela permet \u00e0 la solution d\u00e9sinfectante de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la dentine.<\/li><li><strong>Hypochlorite de sodium<\/strong> Tue les bact\u00e9ries pr\u00e9sentes dans le syst\u00e8me canalaire.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>4. M\u00e9dicaments avanc\u00e9s (pour les cas complexes)<\/strong><\/p><div>Une infection importante (p\u00e9riodontite apicale) sur une dent d\u00e9vitalis\u00e9e n\u00e9cessite des soins particuliers. Entre les s\u00e9ances, nous appliquons un m\u00e9dicament intracanalaire, comme de l'hydroxyde de calcium ou du Triopaste (p\u00e2te antibiotique). Cette \u00e9tape permet d'\u00e9liminer les bact\u00e9ries avant l'obturation canalaire.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><strong>5. Obturation biocompatible<\/strong><\/p><div>Une fois les canaux st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s, nous les obturons avec un seul fil de gutta-percha et du MTA. Contrairement \u00e0 d'autres mat\u00e9riaux, le MTA ne se r\u00e9tracte pas. Cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 nous permet d'\u00e9viter les techniques classiques, comme la condensation verticale ou lat\u00e9rale, qui peuvent entra\u00eener une fracture radiculaire. Les protocoles standards peuvent \u00e9galement manquer de pr\u00e9cision lors de l'obturation du canal radiculaire trait\u00e9.
