Im Laufe der Zeit erweitert und ver\u00e4ndert deren bakterielle Zusammensetzung. S\u00e4uren, produziert von Zucker metabolisieren Organismen sind beteiligt an der Bildung von Karies. Zahnstein ist die alte, verkalkte plaque.
