Bones could be taken from the area surrounding the implants core, from the area around the chin or from the wisdom teeth area and bend to their final form. Occasionally, so called bone collectors or bone scrapers are used to obtain bone tissue. Endogenous bones are easy to transplant and the recovery phase doesn´t cause any problems. There is no  such thing as a rejection reaction. Endogenous bone are also free and always available..
